Ganymede dev3c released

Ganymede developer pre-release 3c, dev3c.tar.gz, is now available from

 ftp://ftp.arlut.utexas.edu/pub/ganymede/

 or

 ftp://129.116.212.1/pub/ganymede/

if your client has trouble resolving a proper address for
ftp.arlut.utexas.edu.

This pre-release is being made available because I goofed up the
database loading code in dev3b.  If you tried loading gash or nis
files into Ganymede dev3b, you will have noticed that it didn't work.
It should in this release.

RELEASE DATE: 17 June 1998

1. [CLIENT] Improvements in the view/edit/delete/inactivate object dialog

 Previously, the view object dialog would only search for objects that
the user had permission to edit.  The dialog is smarter now about what
is appropriate for the different operations, and will let you view
objects that you might not have edit privileges for.

2. [CUSTOM] GASH, nisonly loader code fixed.

 Ugh.  In dev3b, the GASH and nisonly loader code was simply broken..
the change in create_db_object() and edit_db_object() broke the
directLoader class in both schemas.  I had caught the changes in the
custom_src directory, but not in loader/source.  The loader code
for both work now.
