2c admin console fix up

Ok, the version of dev2c.tar.gz on the ftp site has this problem
fixed.  We also have a file entitled 'ganymedeAdmin.jar.fix2c' which
you can download if you already have downloaded dev2c.tar.gz.  Just
move ganymedeAdmin.jar.fix2c to <client-install>/jars/ganymedeAdmin.jar.

| Problem:  Get the Admin Console Login Screen, but the Admin Console will
| not start up.
