How do you mean that you were able to use an old database?  You mean that
you had one that you bulk-loaded using the GASH schema with an earlier
dev release of Ganymede?  Are you using GASH currently, or did you just
populate a GASH schema database manually as a test?

If you are using GASH, what happened when you tried to bulk-load the
database?
