sze, what permissions do you have when you attempt this?  Are you
doing it as supergash, or as an admin persona?  Are you trying to be
logged in using the 'demo1:Test' admin that you created?

I see in your data_debug.xml file that you have successfully created
at least some Admin Persona objects.. what was different when you had
the failure?
