Incidentally, Gaurav, I have fixed things in the Ganymede server so
that Ganymede will properly report the permissions problem in cases
like this.  The next version of Ganymede will have this fixed.

| What's probably happening is that you don't have permission to modify
| the owner group.  Check your Role to make sure that your admins have
| permission to edit the Owner Group.
